Friday’s Motivation Quote

The question is, what do you expect? What kind of people do you want to surround yourself with, Positive, driven, goal oriented, religious, gracious, loving, compassionate, respectful. What qualities do you look for in a close group of friends? You are the company you keep. To strive for meaningful and important relationships. The importance of being vulnerable with them and being real with them. You will soon be able to tell what kind of person they are seeing their reactions or how they handle the information. It is important to surround yourself with genuine people who will build you up, not tear you down. People who will give you motivation to be the best you you can be.

What expectations or desire’s do you want to reflect? How do you want others to see you. What kind of vibe do you want to give, Confidence, athletic, daredevil, adventurous, kind, loving? Whatever it is think about ways you can show that in your everyday life. “Live in such a way, that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it.”

Do you have a role model?  Do you have someone you can look up to?  Is there someone who in any situation given you would do your best to respect them as a person? Even if their ideas are different from yours? Challenge yourself to have respect like that for everyone. Respect others to get respected.

Once again, do you have someone in your life that you admire? Have a conversation with them. Find out what motivates them. Think about ways you can push yourself to become someone who you would want people to admire. Push yourself to be the best you.

Hello my fellow readers. Life is a journey, it really is. I Wrote and chose this image today because for the past week, like I have said in other posts, I have been stuck in a depressive episode. We all have them right? However I think it is most important how you deal with them. I have done my share of secluding and sulking in the past. This time I have been thinking of ways to climb out of the pits of my dark hole into the sunlight. It is different for everyone. What works for one might not work for another. However I challenge you to think of things that work for you. Think of things that make you happy. Surround yourself with people who are motivating and uplifting. We all deserve happiness. It is true what they say.

  1. Hope you’ve been feeling happier! I can rkind of relate to that depressing feeling. It sucks. I tend to be a worrier. I have to stop that, haha. My remedy is the outdoors, and family.
